These include on and off site treatments to the timber and leather panelling, doors, balustrading, glass, stone, ceilings and feature elements. A new glass lift serving the building, roof top restaurants and a full services upgrade will compliment the refurbishment to re-create the environment to its former glory. |

Protruding through "The Box" to the Copper roof is "The Egg". This is clad in Derbyshire Fossil, which has been removed for structural repairs, and will be reassembled like a jigsaw. Further works include glazing and hard landscaping. |
